PNG says services to Tokua Airport in Kokopo, East New Britain, will
resume on Friday as the threat to flying from volcanic activity has
eased.Earlier this month, ash and vapour blowing from eruptions of Mt Tavurvur stopped some flights in and out of Tokuat.
Airlines PNG says it will continue to run risk assessment reviews to ensure the safe operation of aircraft into Tokua.
