Wakefield hooker Paul Aiton has been cleared to play for Papua New Guinea in their must-win match against Samoa in Monday's group B World Cup match at Hull KR.
Aiton was given a one-match ban by an international match-review panel for a careless high tackle on full-back Morgan Escare in the Kumuls' opening 9-8 defeat by France on Sunday.
But on Tuesday he won an appeal against the decision.
An international disciplinary tribunal replaced the ban with a caution, which will remain on the player's record throughout the tournament.
